GRAMMY, CMA and ACM Award-winner Jon Randall is at the helm of Big Loud Texas as President of A&R where he also contributes his expertise as producer. With longtime friend and creative ally, Randall launched the imprint alongside Miranda Lambert in partnership with Big Loud Records. Randall is directly involved in signing and developing artists on the roster which is home to singer-songwriter Dylan Gossett (in partnership with Mercury Records) and neo-traditionalist Jake Worthington. Lambert and Randall notably collaborated on 2021 GRAMMY-nominated The Marfa Tapes, a raw and intimate recording together with Jack Ingram; Randall also served as a producer alongside Lambert and Luke Dick on her critically acclaimed 2022 album, Palomino. Randall has spent three-plus decades in the music business seemingly doing it all as a solo artist, guitarist, songwriter, and critically acclaimed producer. He has written with and for artists including Guy Clark, Kenny Chesney, Reba McEntire, and many others, produced projects for Dierks Bentley, Parker McCollum, Dwight Yoakam, Jack Ingram, Pat Green, and toured with the likes of Emmylou Harris and Lyle Lovett.
