NASHVILLE, TENN. – Today Big Loud Texas singer-songwriter Alex Lambert, a soul-country force, releases new song “You Make Sense To Me.” Signed in January to Big Loud Texas, the buzzed-about imprint co-founded by Miranda Lambert and Jon Randall, Lambert brings a rich, distinct sound shaped by classic country, R&B and pop influences.

“Been sitting on this song FOREVER!!!,” Lambert shares. “So happy it’s out in the world.”

Co-written alongside Chris Gelbuda and Billy Montana, the track’s soulful lyrics paired with intimate acoustics speak to the beauty of the unknown and divine timing:

I don’t know why this world spins around
And I may never figure it out
But you make sense to me
You make sense to me

Lambert’s debut release with Big Loud Texas, “Shoot Me Down,” which was named one of the “Best New Country Songs” by Holler and “Rules of Attraction” a song about undeniable chemistry, serve as a statement of artistic intent.

Currently Alex is on the road touring his irresistible, growing catalog with Ty Myers. Additional festival stops include Live In The Vineyard, Alabama Strawberry Festival and more. Beginning in August through September, Alex will support Billy Currington & Kip Moore. Stay up to date with Alex Lambert here
